Subject: Devel-Chitin: tests may need adjustments due to change in Perl 5 blead
Test failures in Devel-Chitin-0.11 have been reported when run against Perl 5 blead as of commit e839e6ed99c6b25aee589f56bb58de2f8fa00f41. Please see discussion in https://rt.perl.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=132385 starting at https://rt.perl.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=132385#txn-1504422 This library makes use of Perl 5 internals. When those internals change (e.g., introduction of a new op), a library like this -- or perhaps just its test suite -- is subject to breakage. We believe that we have fixed Perl 5 blead to handle the situation originally described in RT #132385. Can you please look at test test failures in Devel-Chitin and see if the tests need to be restructured? Thank you very much. Jim Keenan

You're right. I need to teach it about the new opcode. I'll take a look at it.

I uploaded a trial release that passes tests for me on 5.27.6. Assuming it does well on CPAN testers, I'll get a real release out in the next couple of days.

I just uploaded version 0.12 to fix the multiconcat issue on perl-blead. Let me know if there are any other problems.
