The USA.pm file at C:\Perl\site\lib\Finance\Quote\Yahoo contains a line 44:
$YAHOO_URL = ("http://download.finance.yahoo.com/d/quotes.csv");
This is not returning any data after Oct 31, 2017. From Nov 1, 2017 on the
line returns the message:
Sorry, Unable to process request at this time -- error 999.
I tried the http line directly in a browser to do this check.
