Subject: Dependency on blib removed from META
0.105 updated META files and removed blib from dependencies. This is wrong because the blib module is used by t/00-compile.t on line 42 (the @switches variable defined on line 22). Please put the blib dependency back to make the metadata more correct again.

This appears to be the most recent change in the module that generates this file: https://github.com/karenetheridge/Dist-Zilla-Plugin-Test-Compile/commit/5817fa6853c40034953d3969a73f8aba7cdd06c0 Please open an issue against Dist-Zilla-Plugin-Test-Compile. If a change is made there I can release a new version using it.

The blib removal was intentional. This is not a bug.
