The module "Microarray" contains a package microarray, as well as the expected Microarray. This resulted in CJONES being given first-come permissions on both names, which vary only in case.
This situation (two packages on CPAN, which differ only in case) is no longer allowed on CPAN. I've been unable to contact Christopher, so to fix this I've dropped CJONES's permissions on "microarray".
This resolves the conflict, and given the distribution hasn't been released since 2008, this is probably enough.
But if the distribution is released again, then the inner "microarray" package should be factored out.
