Date: Wed, 30 Aug 2017 17:32:40 +0300
To: bug-MediaWiki-API [...] rt.cpan.org
From: Rihards <richlv [...] nakts.net>
logging in with the module, making edits to many pages sequentially. sometimes it works for a hundred of pages in a row, sometimes it fails after a few, few dozen or any other number of pages with : 3: badtoken: Invalid CSRF token. not sure whether the wrong token is sent, or what happens there. -- Rihards

i'm surprised this works at all - Mediawiki::API can't login at all in newer (1.22+) versions of Mediawiki, see https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=106214

I have a test that performs 500 edits against a dockerized MediaWiki and I experienced one failure. I'm not sure who's fault it was.

Not sure the cause of this, but I have been using it for updating many pages, so it could be an issue with the install. As this is an old ticket, I will close but if you can reproduce, please open a new ticket providing more details of set-up and versions.
