currently the style for the whole table is set to hardcoded
"text-align:center".
it would be useful to allow setting style for the table (probably as a
string that would overwrite the default), and possibly also for rows and
cells

arguments to customize table's class, style, border added. PR to add arguments to customize row's/cell's attributes is welcome ;)
