Hello,
I am writing to get assistance with the recurrence extension within RT
V4.2.9. I believe the source of the issue is Recursive Recurrences, as I
have disabled the recurrence on two tickets, but they are still generated.
I was hoping there was a method to resolve this issue, or if I provided
some logging information that you would be able to point me in the right
directions.
