Subject: Out of date card recognition and no processing agreement support in Regexp::Common::CC
Regexp::Common::CC is out-of-date with respect to BIN range changes and processing agreements. For example, MasterCard has a new range starting with 2, Visa and Discover can be 19 digits, and so forth. No country can be specified, so processing agreements are ignored (i.e. China Union Pay processed as Discover inside the US). If we can work together and help in some way, let me know. Business::OnlinePayment should be up-to-date with all currently known BIN ranges and processing agreements. Ivan Kohler Business::OnlinePayment maintainer
