Subject: several modules are not used
Code::TidyAll::Plugin::Perl::AlignMooseAttributes is not used at all. Test::PAUSE::Permissions and Test::Kwalitee are used only in xt/. Code::TidyAll::Plugin::Perl::AlignMooseAttributes and Test::Kwalitee has very large dependency trees. -- Alexandr Ciornii, http://chorny.net

The Code::TidyAll sets are used by the TidyAll tests (also in xt) in combination with the .tidyallrc file. However you are quite right that I have put the develop requirements as test requirements, and I have moved a good chunk of those requirements into a different requirements block. I am just running tests building from an initial perl without additional modules to check I have not ended up missing any actually needed requirements.
