Looking at http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Sys-PageCache%200.04;os=linux;reports=1#sl=2,1 there's a mixture of fails and passes, with only fails for newer linux kernels (>= 4.5) and only passes for older kerneles (<= 3.10). There are mixed results for 3.16.
Also, there are no pass reports for non-linux systems so far: http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Sys-PageCache%200.04
