Subject: inconsistent bug tracker info
META.json points to RT as the ticket queue, but RT itself seems to think that it's github -- probably because github *used* to be the issue queue and it doesn't seem to know how to switch back. If RT is intended to be used going forward, please close the github issues queue (you can do this in the Settings menu for the repository).
