Subject: No pass reports
http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Dancer2-Plugin-Locale+0.07 shows only fail reports. Not sure what's happening here --- if the t/locale directory is already populated (e.g. after a first "make test"), then a subsequent "make test" is successful. But the first run with an initial non-existent t/locale directory always fails.
