Dear Yahoo Team, Firstly, thank you for providing such an amazing email service! However, not every day is a happy day.  As my email id is so long, I planned to create another yahoo account later which I learnt that I can create an extra id to the existing email id. While I was trying to create an extra email id for my current yahoo account, the step six "CAPTCHA CODE PROMPT" is recurring infinitely.   In spite of providing the correct CAPTCHA code shown, it is not going to the next step which is suppose to be "go to inbox" (according to the yahoo help guide). I tried loging in multiple times and also used different browsers to do the same.  But all went in vain.  Hence, I request you to kindly fix the bug and let me know, so that I can successfully create another id and continue to use my yahoo mail happily. 🙂 Sincerely, Prerana Rao Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone
