Subject: Suggestion: compression with localhost
Just a suggestion, when connecting to localhost it might be better to default compression to 'none' (unless otherwise instructed) Though i havent proven it, i would venture than compressing then uncompressing simply slows things down.

To achieve this, add cass_compression=none to the DSN.
