Subject: Empty manpage when building Log-Log4perl-Tiny
Linux, perl 5.24.0, Module::Build::Tiny 0.039 Not sure whether this is an issue with Log-Log4perl-Tiny or with Module::Build::Tiny. The Build.PL on Log-Log4perl-Tiny distribution looks bare-bones with just a call to Build_PL.

Try it a couple more times. The problem is, blib/libdoc/Log::Log4perl::Tiny.3 is manified twice, from lib/Log/Log4perl/Tiny.pm and lib/Log/Log4perl/Tiny.pod, with no ordering. So sometimes it builds correctly when lib/Log/Log4perl/Tiny.pod is last, sometimes it's empty. A sort() is needed.

Or a skip from manifying .pm if a corresponding .pod is found.
