Subject: parse_plist_file is not EXPORT_OK
Mac::PropertyList has very tight exporting. One utility routine, parse_plist_file isn't exportable and looks darn convenient. I suppose as a related wishlist would be a convenince routine to write a plist file in a single call.

I'll add some stuff to @EXPORT_OK. I have a new implementation sitting in my INBOX, so I'll make both updates at once, but that might take a bit.
