Subject: Needs general command-line script for running smoke tests
Distro needs a real command-line script that is "installed" which will run smoke tests, has lots of options, etc. Not just the example scripts.

I'll adapt one of the example scripts to provide lots of pass through commandline options. If there are no objections I'll call it 'yacsmoke' raher than 'cpansmoke'.
