Subject: Fails install when no '.' in @INC
On 5.26.0-RC1 , where '.' is not in @INC by default: + perl Makefile.PL INSTALLDIRS=vendor NO_PACKLIST=1 Making header files for XS... do "mkheader" failed, '.' is no longer in @INC; did you mean do "./mkheader"? at Makefile.PL line 8. mkheader: No such file or directory at Makefile.PL line 8.
