Subject: Fails install when no '.' in @INC
On 5.26.0-RC1 , where '.' is not in @INC by default: + /usr/bin/perl Build.PL installdirs=vendor do "SPEC" failed, '.' is no longer in @INC; did you mean do "./SPEC"? at builder/lib/Build/Spec.pm line 19. Couldn't do SPEC: No such file or directory at builder/lib/Build.pm line 42.
