Dear Ma'am,
I wish to runlibSVM from my toolkit (made using Perl-Tk) on windows platform. I have SVM. model and test file with me which i wish to run using my toolkit.
I am not able to figure out how to configure Algorithm::SVM with my toolkit (on WINDOWS). I have basic understanding of packages (user defined and stored in same folder where perl file is).
Please guide me how to use package Algorithm::SVM, where to keep all files and how to run it. I tried installing it by CPAN but got following error:

I am not able to understand the error. please guide me, will be very thankful to you.
