Stops hanging if I change $NOTIFY_OK definition in https://metacpan.org/source/MOB/Forks-Queue-0.06/lib/Forks/Queue.pm#L13
to
$Config::Config{sig_name} =~ /\bIO\b/ ? 1:0;
#1;
otherwise check for $Config::Config{sig_name} does nothing.
