Subject: Minimum Tie::File version probably too high
Tie::File 1.02 is specified as a minimum version, but this version is only available for perl 5.24.0 and newer. The latest CPAN.pm version of Tie::File is 1.00. I wonder if such a high prereq version is really needed here?
