Are you aware of the fact that Date::Pcalc (v1.2) is based on an elder version of Date::Calc, which didn't have the functions you mentioned yet? Is there any way to make CPAN aware of the fact that Date::Pcalc 1.2 is equivalent to an older version of Date::Calc? AFAIK David doesn't have his own CPAN ID as a module author yet, but the module's README file clearly states that he's the author. Problem is solved in Date::Pcalc version 6.0, released a couple of hours ago (it may take some time to propagate to a CPAN server near you).
