Subject: Created distribution archive has incorrect version number.
The distribution version number of version 3.10 for Template::Plugin::Latex is showing up, and the distribution itself, as '3.1' instead of as '3.10' like it should be. Should not the version number at line 16 of lib/Template/Plugin/Latex.pm at least have single quotes around it? Note that if single quotes are added around that version number, then a 'make dist' creates the distribution archive as it should be: "Created Template-Plugin-Latex-3.10.tar.gz"
