Subject: t/fail.t ...................... Failed 9/19 subtests (SEGV)

This looks random, doesn't happen every test run.

The matrix seems to confirm with a mixed bag of failures:

http://fast-matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Contextual-Return+0.004012

But 0.004011 was not similarly affected:

Test Summary Report

Parse errors: Bad plan.  You planned 19 tests but ran 10.

Failed 1/31 test programs. 0/370 subtests failed.

^ Non-Zero wait is bad though, what's that, SEGV?

Oh. Yes.  :/

Much appreciated! I've reverted the "optimizations" of 0.004012 in the just uploaded 0.004014 Damian
