Subject: Helper subroutines for optional prereq relationships
It would be nice if alongside runtime_requires et al, there were helper subroutines for runtime_recommends, runtime_suggests, test_recommends, etc. It's been mentioned this probably would involve META_MERGE wrangling that hasn't previously been necessary.
