Subject: Dependency on CPAN module which is not yet no-dot-in-@INC-compliant
Today I attempted to assess the perl-5.26.0-readiness of this distribution. Included in that assessment is testing the distribution and its prerequisites for the absence of '.' by default in @INC. This distribution has dependencies on both Package::Stash and B::Hooks::EndOfScope, which in turn have dependencies on distributions which are not perl-5.26.0-compliant. For example, Package-Stash has a dependency on Dist-CheckConflicts, which in turn has a dependency on Module-Runtime, which is not yet 5.26-0-compliant. See: https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=118768 Thank you very much. Jim Keenan

I am confused. What are the maintainers of namespace::clean expected to do with the above information?
No response from submitter, and nothing seemingly-actionable. Marking as rejected. Please feel free to reopen if I missed something obvious. Cheers

Hmm, for some reason rt.cpan.org didn't send me a copy of your April 10 post. Show quoted text

That's fine. I embarked on this before I realized that it would indeed offer maintainers little to do except to contact the maintainers of the modules which they depend on to encourage corrections. Show quoted text
