MYMETA.json and MYMETA.yml are generated by the installer (ExtUtils::MakeMaker) when building the distribution at installation time; when packaging it for release, these files should not be included. EUMM will generate META.json and META.yml in the distribution itself if you use the correct `make dist` or `make distdir` command to generate the distribution package for upload to CPAN, these should always be included in the release.
