Subject: validate should be optional
For better or worse, Findmypast does not create gedcoms that are valid (flames to FMP please). So that validate() call should be optional (it's OK to have the default set to 'on').

Fixed in V 1.09, which is now on CPAN. See the new parameter to new(): validate_gedcom_file.
