Fixed in 0.13.

Sorry, this is not "Fixed", if anything, it got *worse* in 0.13

Its highly likely you tested it with a simple "make test", which would have likely injected the PERL_USE_UNSAFE_INC=1 magic that *hides* this error.

Similarly, the majority of CPAN testers are *still* configured by default to suppress this error, and so the smoke matrix is showing green, even though it is broken.

http://fast-matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Sub-Identify%200.13;os=linux;reports=1#sl=4,1

With an explicit PERL_USE_UNSAFE_INC=0 in env, it now breaks as follows on 5.25.11:

PERL_DL_NONLAZY=1 "/home/kent/perl5/perlbrew/perls/5.25.11-nossp-sip13-nopmc-nodot/bin/perl5.25.11" "-MExtUtils::Command::MM" "-MTest::Harness" "-e" "undef *Test::Harness::Switches; test_harness(0, 'blib/lib', 'blib/arch')" t/*.t

See perhaps https://github.com/rgs/Sub-Identify/pull/12 for additional corrections. Thank you very much. Jim Keenan

Could someone please clarify if this ticket is now resolved, and what release version the final fixes are in? it is pointless opening tickets on so many distributions if they are not to be kept up to date. thank you!

My testing indicates that this is now resolved on 0.14

Thanks.
