Subject: Pod::Confluence does not handle =over / =item /=back correctly

Hello, Thanks for writing Pod::Confluence! I have found what seems to be a bug handling list items. I have attached a script demonstrating what I mean. ‘perldoc’ produces sensible output for the list items, but Pod::Confluence produces the following markup:
<ac:structured-macro ac:name='toc' ac:schema-version='1' />

NAME

Package::Name

some_method

This is a method. It has some list items.

foo

bar
When published to confluence this does not result in any sort of dot points - in fact, everything appears in a single paragraph, kind of defeating the purpose :-) Cheers, Justin
