The addition of new constants without any mechanism to select them at import time means use with MooseX::Has::Sugar is now not permitted ( they provide similar but different options )

I don't know anyone who is using this combination, its just something I realised would be a thing when reading your diffs.
( NB: Populating Changes would probably be good )
