Subject: FAQ outdated for recent perls?
About the FAQ entry: Shouldn't you add STORABLE_{freeze,thaw} methods to Regexp instead? I think the "simple" solution using STORABLE_{freeze,thaw} on a Regexp class does not work anymore with newer perls, probably since 5.12.0, now that regexps are first class objects.
