Unfortunatelly the system is not saving the tags. I searched in DB logs and the query does not have the tags values, but it refers to tag field. Regards, Marcelo H. Hi Marcelo, We just released a new version, 0.04, that should work with RT 4.4. Could you upgrade and test? Thanks, Jim
