Subject: Arcs in Pajek format should have a lower-case a
Although some packages like gephi do not seem to be picky about it, igraph (in R) bails out and does not read the file if Arcs is written that way, only if it's written "arcs".

It also complains if the nodes do not have their ID between quotes...
