As part of the Fedora review process to get Mail-Message packaged, the reviewer noted that the t/203-mlfolder.mbox and t/204-sgfolder.mbox files contain e-mail
messages whose license is not very likely the same as the rest of the Mail-Message package ("GPL or Artistic"). Since Fedora does not modify them and we believe their authors are content with their redistribution (because they were sent to public mailing lists), their existence in the source package does not violate copyright law.
However, because they're probably not under a Free license (there is no permission to modify them), they represent a license issue.
Fedora will temporarily address it by removing those files, however, you probably want to do something else upstream.
