A build attempt of asa-1.03 under MINGW64 on Windows fails with what
appears to be a path delimiter handling issue of some sort.
$ cpanm -ltestlib --from http://blah.example.com/cpan_local asa --verbose
cpanm (App::cpanminus) 1.7040 on perl 5.022001 built for
MSWin32-x86-multi-thread-64int
