We've installed the latest version of Tags (.03) to the latest version of RT (4.4.1). I was able to create the custom field for enter multiple tags, I was able to add values (2) and made it Global. I've confirmed in the database the both the custom field and custom values are there. However, when I try to add a tag to a ticket, it does not appear to be working. I do not see the auto-complete for the values that I created and when I type one of the values that should auto-complete, it is not saving. When I try to free form a new value in the field that is not saving either. Have we missed a step in the install? What do we need to do to get this to work properly? Hi Autumn, We just released a new version, 0.04, that should work with RT 4.4. Could you upgrade and test? Thanks, Jim
