Could you please remove the misleading "under the Perl Artistic Licence" statement because it does not include GPL?
"This module is released under the Perl Artistic Licence and may be redistributed under the same terms as perl itself."
Perl license is GPL or Artistic (http://dev.perl.org/licenses/)
