Dear Jim,
Thank you for your feedback, it seems like there is a problem with the creation of the make initdb file or my instance of RT has some misconfiguration. The error i am getting after make initdb is "
make: *** No rule to make target 'initdb'. Stop.". If i use the initdb from version 0.03 or create a new field manually, i get the error "An internal RT error has occurred. Your administrator can find more details in RT's log files." inside the custom field that i enabled the Multiple tags Type.
Troubleshooting steps i tried :
- Create a new custom field manually after the plugin's
- Install several times on a clean system
- Delete the version 0.03 plugin directory as instructed below and reinstall
- Shred all custom fields and create a new one manually and with the initdb from version 0.03
Best Regards,
Averkios Averkiadis

> Dear Author,
>i seem to have a problem after upgrading the plugin from version 0.02 to 0.03. First i used the manual steps you are describing in the README file, but it looked like it was not updated (it had the old text field "Enter multiple values with autocompletion" and there was no option "Enter multiple tags" in the drop down menu). After that i reinstalled the plugin on-top of version 0.02 (just followed the installation process like if there was no previous installation of the plugin) causing something weird to happen. I can use the plugin and input text and all that but it seems that it cannot save (or write to the database ?) the tags on the tickets without displaying any errors. I tried deleting everything i could find that the plugin is using (install files, cache, entry from the RT_SiteConfig.pm) and reinstalling without any luck. After several "make initdb" i have 4 entries of "Tag" custom field of which none is working. Finally i thought it might be some table or column in
the database but i couldn't find anything related inside any table. Is there any way to purge the installation completely ?
Hi Averkios,
We released a new version 0.04 that should work with RT 4.4.
If you'd like to remove it, you can delete the files from local/plugins/RT-Extension-Tags. You can disable the custom fields or use shredder to remove them completely from the database.
