Subject: Bad MYMETA in MANIFEST

MANIFEST contains MYMETA.yml

But MYMETA.yml is not ( and should not be ) shipped.

This bug was introduced in version 0.43, where MYMETA.yml was added to the MANIFEST and the distribution at the same time.

MYMETA.yml was removed in 0.49, but the residual MANIFEST entry remains.

Thanks. Fixed in git. As soon as there are further relevant changes, I will release a new version.
