Subject: Tags not updating when they are transactions

Hello, I am using Tags, fresh install, and I am not able to save the tag in the database. I've tried using a custom Tag and the default one with make initdb. Any help would be appreciated. Hi Sean, Have you tested as root or another admin user? It could be a rights issue. Also, what version of RT are you using? And are you using version 0.03 of the Tags extension? Thanks, Jim

Jim, It's the newer version of RT and I just installed the newest version of Tags. I ran it as the admin and as a regular user whose group has elevated permissions - does that count as an admin? It might just not be for what I want it to be for... It doesn't really seem like it is for internal tracking and usage, but more for unprivileged users. Is that right? We just released a new version, 0.04, that should work with RT 4.4. Could you upgrade and test? Show quoted text

It's general purpose, so could be internal or external. It's meant to provide an easy way to use existing tag values but also add new ones as needed.
