1/ Download libidn + libiconv ZIP files from:
http://strawberryperl.com/package/kmx/32_libs/gcc49-2016Q2/
or (if you are using 64bit version)
http://strawberryperl.com/package/kmx/64_libs/gcc49-2016Q2/
2/ Then simply unzip them into your c:\strawberry\ folder 3/ Let me know if it works for you. -- kmx
