Subject: fix ActivePerl automated build issues
http://ppm.activestate.com/BuildStatus/5.8-P.html shows why POE isn't being automatically assimiliated into ActiveState's PPD repository. This is new to me, but it's great feedback. Anyway, fix that stuff so Windows users can install POE easier. Also so I'm not required to maintain and document esoteric ppm install procedures. Damn, that stuff's annoying to maintain!
