Subject: Tk::MMutil is not specified as configure_requires
See subject. This means that installation fails if Tk is not yet installed, like in this test report: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/489bf80e-a645-11e6-932a-f4415c96acb4 (This can be especially problematic if using a parallel CPAN installer like App::cpm --- even if both Tk and Tk::DoCommand are specified as dependencies the installation may fail if Tk::DoCommand was picked to be installed before Tk)
