Hi Team, hope you are doing well. today while using HDFC Internet banking while doing forgot User ID after few verification I got new User ID but at the same time my old user ID was also working. the situation is that now I can login to internet banking by using both the customer IDs (new and old customer IDs). although old IPIN password is not working but both the customer IDs are working. This bug queue is for the perl module that interfaces with HDFC banking, and not for the bank itself. It has no affiliation with the company. Please contact HDFC tech support to seek assistance for your problem.
