Subject: Does not install when '.' is not in @INC
Configuring File-HomeDir-1.00 ... Can't locate inc/Module/Install.pm in @INC (you may need to install the inc::Module::Install module) (@INC contains: /home/ollisg/.perlbrew/libs/perl-5.25.7tci@dev/lib/perl5/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /home/ollisg/.perlbrew/libs/perl-5.25.7tci@dev/lib/perl5 /home/ollisg/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.25.7tci/lib/site_perl/5.25.7/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /home/ollisg/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.25.7tci/lib/site_perl/5.25.7 /home/ollisg/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.25.7tci/lib/5.25.7/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /home/ollisg/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.25.7tci/lib/5.25.7) at Makefile.PL line 1.

This is the very first distribution I hit with this problem when I install modules for a new perl, and it blocks installation of App::cpanminus::reporter which I consider essential before installing anything else.
Does REHSACK do maint on this module? He is listed as co-maint of this module, but I am not sure he has ever done a release. If nobody else wants to do the maint required, I would throw my hat into the ring to do the basic maint items that should be done. I've taken over some of Adam's modules in the past and he seems happy for me to do that.

I do maint this module. And if not some ******* eat my time by starting pointless discussions, a new release for this one would already been out. Cheers

This hint is valuable, thank you very much. I increased priority for File::HomeDir immediately and uploaded a dev-release which should do. Hope it helps ...

Thank you very much for the dev-release. I hit the same problem as PLICEASE and ETHER. CPANtesters is showing green for this release: http://fast-matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=File-HomeDir. So I hope that you can do a full CPAN release soon as that will unblock testing File-HomeDir's reverse dependencies for 5.26.0-readiness. Thank you very much. Jim Keenan
