Subject: Moops is not available for perl 5.24.x and newer
See http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Moops+0.034 --- test reports stop at perl 5.23.7, which is an indication that a dependency (Kavorka? something else?) does not build anymore with newer perls.

Kavorka depends on Data::Alias which is broken on Perl 5.23.7 and above. I'm releasing a new version of Kavorka today which will only use Data::Alias on Perl versions prior to 5.22.
