http://search.cpan.org/~shlomif/Text-Table-1.131/lib/Text/Table.pm says :
"$title is the separator to be used in the title area and $body the one
for the body. If only one is given, the other is used for both"
this seems to be a bit weird - should it be "If only one is given, it is
used for both" ?
