http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=WebService-KakakuCom+0.05 shows a mixture of fail and pass reports. It seems that t/01-methods.t fails if XML::Simple is using XML::SAX as its parser, and passes if XML::Simple uses XML::Parser.
